Our Intellectual Property
The CADX Services name, branding, Website design, original text, graphics, engineering illustrations, photographs, software, and other original materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, patent, contract, or other laws. No license is granted except the limited Website viewing permission stated in the Terms of Use.
Client and Supplier Property
Ownership and permitted use of project files, background technology, inventions, deliverables, tooling, software, confidential information, and third-party materials are determined by the applicable written agreement. Website language does not alter those agreements.
Unsolicited Ideas
Do not submit patentable ideas, confidential concepts, proprietary designs, source code, or trade secrets through a general Website form. Unless a written agreement signed by an authorized representative states otherwise, unsolicited submissions are not accepted in confidence and do not create compensation, ownership, development, or evaluation obligations.
Portfolio and Examples
Project descriptions and images may be generalized, recreated, licensed, publicly available, or displayed with permission. Their appearance does not necessarily identify a current client, disclose complete technical details, or transfer rights.
Reporting Concerns
Questions about ownership or a claimed infringement may be submitted via our direct contact form with enough information to identify the material and the claimed right.
